Denver Airport Pickup Instructions

DEN - Denver International Airport - Arrival Information
Once your plane gets to its assigned gate, proceed to the center of the concourse. There you will take the train to the main terminal and baggage claim area.
West Terminal:
After you take the escalator up into the main terminal area, collect your luggage at the assigned carousel for your flight and then exit door 506 (Red numbers on the sliding doors) near baggage claim #16. Your chauffeur will wait for you at the first island holding a name sign. NOTE - West terminal has all even numbered doors
East Terminal:
After you take the escalator up into the main terminal area, collect your luggage at the assigned carousel for your flight and then exit door 511 (Blue numbers on the sliding doors) near baggage claim #6. Your chauffeur will wait for you at the first island holding a name sign. NOTE - East terminal has all odd numbered doors
International Arrivals:
After you have cleared US Customs, go to the right (West terminal) exit door 506 (Red numbers on the sliding doors) by baggage claim # 16. Your chauffeur will wait for you at the first island holding a name sign. NOTE - West terminal has all even numbered doors.

IMPORTANT If TSA elevates the current security level we will not be able to stage the vehicle as described above. Proceed to the baggage claim area and collect your luggage, then go outside to the Limo Kiosk on the first island (either by door 506 or door 511). Inform the attendant that you have a car reserved with Exectran Limousine. The attendant will ensure that your car is released from the staging area to come pick you up at that location. This process may take 7-8 minutes.
