48 hour cancellation policy

• The booking client is responsible for their notice to cancel within a 48 hour period, which includes, but not limited to: airline flight change, canellations, diversions, or written proof of medical emergencies, failure to notify our office will result in a full transportation charge.
• Fuel Surcharge: 8% Metro, 10% Rural & Mountains
• FULL BILLING WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY RESERVATION THAT IS CANCELLED
  TWO HOURS OR LESS TO RESERVATION TIME
